Warehouse Associate

Are you organized, dependable, and ready to keep projects moving behind the scenes? At American Solar & Roofing, we’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations Team by managing materials, preparing equipment, and keeping our warehouse running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that helps power successful solar installations across Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing materials and equipment
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for construction crews
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and organization
- Process orders using inventory software
- Stage construction vehicles for upcoming projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Support daily operations and other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Warehouse or construction yard experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in varying temperatures

Experience
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction Yard Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Forklift Operation: 1 year (Preferred)
