Solar Crew Lead

At American Solar & Roofing, we’re looking for a Crew Lead to supervise commercial solar installation crews, maintain a safe job site, and deliver high-quality work. If you enjoy leading by example, solving problems in the field, and working with a team that values craftsmanship, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial solar installation crews
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Ensure work meets company, manufacturer, and code requirements
- Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager
- Complete project documentation, photos, and reports
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Train and mentor crew members while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Construction leadership experience required
- Commercial solar experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and roofing codes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in Arizona weather
- Entry-Level NABCEP Certification preferred

Experience
- Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
- Crew Lead or Foreman: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver’s License (Required)
