Senior Service Coordinator

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full Time

The Senior Service Coordinator will work within American Solar & Roofing (AS&R) Service Group and in support of AS&R Residential Retrofit Sales Group. The position will focus on leading a team of Service Coordinators, scheduling the AS&R Service Tech(s) with service opportunities, as well as assisting customers with signing up for the following contracts:

  • Inverter upgrades
  • System Inspections
  • Documentation Requests
  • Wi-Fi Set Up
  • Other solar equipment needs outside of manufacturer warranty coverage
  • Other sales contracts outside or above a regular service call fee
  • Small Roofing Repairs (under 3sq ft).
  • Roofing services (broken tiles, mortars, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, panel cleaning, etc.

 

The Senior Service Coordinator will receive a monthly commission of 2% on all service contract sales sold by themselves if all sales goals/qualifiers are met or exceeded by month end. Leadership reserves the right to adjust sales goals/qualifiers monthly based on needs of the business and driving company growth & profit. Current qualifiers are:

  • Sell a minimum of five (5) inverters each month -AND-
  • Sell a minimum of $15,000 in service contract sales each month.

 

The Senior Service Coordinator will also receive a monthly commission of 1% of all service contract sales sold by their direct reports if all sales goals/qualifiers are met or exceeded by month end. Leadership reserves the right to adjust sales goals/qualifiers monthly based on needs of the business and driving company growth & profit. Current qualifiers are:

  • Sell a minimum of five (5) inverters each month -AND-
  • Sell a minimum of $15,000 in service contract sales each month.

Bonus Structure

The Senior Service Coordinator team will receive an additional Quarterly Bonus of 1% of total service contract sales sold by themselves if all sales goals listed in the L10 scorecard are met or exceeded for all three months in the quarter.

  • Goals must be met for each individual month for three consecutive months to qualify and will not be taken as an average for the quarter.

*Note: Sales commissions and bonuses will be paid for new contracts acquired by the Service Coordinator team. Warranty work is not included in total.

Exclusions, Deductions and Contract Adjustments

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Ability and comfort level to sell face to face
  • Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business.
