Roofing Field Superintendent
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $65,000-$70,000 a year
The Roofing Project Manager (RPM) is primarily charged with project oversight on all roofing jobs and management on all roofing teams and subcontractors. They will also support the sales team by performing residential roof inspections during the initial quoting process. They will oversee the entire roofing project from start to completion. They will manage the schedule for the construction crew and will work closely with the field.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion while maintaining timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate crews, schedules, job site activities, and project communication with customers, subcontractors, utilities, and internal teams
- Ensure all work follows AS&R procedures, manufacturer guidelines, safety requirements, and applicable codes
- Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and final project reviews to ensure workmanship standards are met
- Manage project documentation, change orders, budgets, schedules, payments, and completion records
- Support team development, hiring, onboarding, and Sales with project inspections when needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction/project management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, roofing codes, and electrical requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with customer communication, CRM systems, and project documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Salesforce
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Physical Qualifications
- Ability to perform field visits requiring balance, coordination, dexterity, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as needed
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and completing data entry tasks
- Ability to read screens, type, and perform repetitive computer functions
- Ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, and travel for occasional work-related business (less than 15%)

- Roofing Crew: 5 years (Required)
