Account Executive

Pay: $125,000 per year
Are you a competitive closer who thrives on creating your own opportunities? At American Solar & Roofing, we’re looking for an Account Executive who knows how to connect with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals face-to-face in the home. This is not a door-to-door sales role. We focus on an educational, consultative approach while helping homeowners understands their options and make informed decisions. We provide marketing support and company-generated leads to supplement your pipeline, but success here is built on your drive to generate your own business and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Educate homeowners on solar energy options through in-home consultations and personalized proposals.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing while meeting monthly sales goals.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and self-driven outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and project success.

Follow up on company-provided leads and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
- Ability and comfort level to sell face to face
- Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business.
What We Offer
- $45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus pay
- First Year On-Target Earnings: $125,000-$150,000
