Marketing Content Specialist
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $21-$23 hour
The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating and executing marketing content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. They will produce visual, video, and written content across all marketing platforms. This role also supports internal company event execution when needed.
Event Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the 25th anniversary community celebration tour
- Coordinate CEO attendance and speaking opportunities
- Manage relationships with American Solar & Roofing trade allies
- Lead networking efforts to build partnerships and brand presence
- Handle event scheduling, logistics, and timelines
- Oversee RSVPs, guest lists, and attendee communication
Content Creation Responsibilities
- Capture content across all events
- Produce raw footage for internal and external use
- Edit video content for marketing and brand storytelling
- Develop visual assets for both internal teams and public channels
- Support and grow the CEO’s brand through content
- Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all media
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience with proven results
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field

- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Solid analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Qualifications Required
- Long stretches of time sitting and using a computer
- Extended periods of time reading a computer screen
- Repetitive motion for data entry (typing/clicking)
- Hauling/moving equipment requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs regularly
