Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for quality-conscious, ethical, and strong sales leaders to help us take care of our pre-qualified leads, and turn them into happy customers for our “in-house” Solar and Roofing Installation and Service Divisions. 

We are looking for high-performing Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Sales Team. Our Outside Sales Representatives enjoy an atmosphere where they are positioned to succeed and grow. We are driven to lead the industry in high caliber, residential solar electric and roofing installations. Our Outside Sales Representatives are put through a comprehensive training program, utilizing our consultative sales process to customize each project to meet our customers’ unique lifestyles and energy needs. In other words, this is not a beat-the-pavement, door-knocker environment. Our culture values quality over quantity! Solar/Roofing experience is not required, but an outgoing personality, a growth mindset, and a strong desire to make the world a better place are non-negotiable.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Ability and comfort level to sell face-to-face
  • Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office and working with PDFs
  • A valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
