We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on generating qualified leads for our company. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them, and nurturing relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries – Utilize various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach – Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set up appointments for the sales team – Build and maintain a database of potential customers – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies – Track and report on lead generation activities and results

• Proven experience in lead generation or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
